• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, consultant, agent, or immediate family member of Swiss4Win or any of its affiliated companies.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended, restricted, or permanently closed by Swiss4Win for breach of these Terms.
• You are not on any self-exclusion register or subject to a voluntary or mandatory gambling restriction that would prohibit you from accessing gambling services.

Swiss4Win reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily confirmed. Any funds held in an ineligible Account at the time of closure may be subject to forfeiture in accordance with applicable law.

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on Swiss4Win. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.

Swiss4Win applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in line with applicable regulatory requirements. You may be required to submit supporting documentation — including a government-issued identity document (MyKad, passport, or driving licence) and proof of residential address — before withdrawals are processed or at any other point at the Platform's discretion.

Swiss4Win grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, recreational gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer any proprietary rights over the platform's content, software, data, or intellectual property.

You agree to use the platform in a manner that:

• Complies with all applicable laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.

Swiss4Win reserves the right to monitor platform activity and to investigate any conduct suspected to be in breach of these Terms. The Platform may take remedial action — including but not limited to Account suspension, confiscation of winnings, and permanent termination — at its sole discretion where a breach is identified or reasonably suspected.

Swiss4Win accepts deposits through a range of locally integrated payment channels, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX, and direct bank transfers from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits are also supported in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT TRC20), and Litecoin (LTC). All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Minimum Deposit: MYR 20 for e-wallet channels; MYR 50 for bank transfers; equivalent of MYR 30 for cryptocurrency deposits.

Withdrawal Processing: Swiss4Win endeavours to process withdrawal requests via DuitNow and FPX within minutes for verified accounts. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times (typically 15–60 minutes depending on network conditions). The Platform does not impose fees on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider's own charges may apply independently.

General Bonus Principles:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus Funds that expire without satisfying wagering requirements will be forfeited without compensation.
• Minimum deposit thresholds must be met to qualify for deposit-match bonuses. The minimum qualifying deposit is MYR 50 unless otherwise stated.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Account, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Swiss4Win reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what contribution rate. Live casino and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely from wagering requirements.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus terms through hedging, arbitrage, or systematic low-risk wagering patterns may result in Bonus Funds being voided and winnings derived therefrom being forfeited.

Swiss4Win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Ongoing promotions will not be retroactively affected by changes to these Terms where the relevant promotion has already commenced.

Swiss4Win's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Swiss4Win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or money laundering activity.
• Requests by the Account holder to close their Account.
• Extended periods of inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant).

Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Account holder through a previously verified payment method, subject to completion of all applicable KYC procedures. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds that have not satisfied wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Swiss4Win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on their Account with reasonable advance notice. Non-material changes (such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or formatting adjustments) may take effect immediately upon publication.
